SHIRLEY LYNCH, LMT NCTMB

Shirley Lynch, LMT NCTMB is a nationally certified massage therapist in practice since 1981, helping clients develop life-long skills for vitality and fitness. Shirley has taught in professional training programs and community education for the past 25 years. Her work with individual clients integrates therapeutic bodywork and somatic education, and benefits from sessions include relief from the effects of stress, healing of injury, postural changes, enhanced performance of life activities, and an increased level of fitness and well-being. Shirley's approach attends to each person's unique patterns and goals, facilitating lasting changes in awareness and body use.

"Stress and struggle often limit our options for health and fitness. Discovering how we can reshape our habitual responses can improve our receptiveness and performance, and increase our vitality and well-being. Changing patterns through bodywork and movement education can yield life enhancing results in our personal and work life, leisure, athletic and artistic pursuits."

In addition to individual sessions, Shirley offers workshops and in-service training. She is available for consultation to organizations, corporations, and small business.
