often limit our options for health and fitness.
Discovering how we can reshape our habitual responses can improve our
receptiveness and performance, and increase our vitality and well-being. Changing patterns through bodywork and
movement education can yield life enhancing results in our personal and work
life, leisure, athletic and artistic pursuits."
In addition to individual sessions, Shirley offers workshops
and in-service training. She is
available for consultation to organizations, corporations, and small
business.
